From concept through to production I will guiden you through the design process. I will help you design a concept you are happy with, validate it through prototyping, and create a manufacture ready production pack.

Mechanical design

If you have an idea or rough prototype but do not yet know how to get it to function as required, I can assist in creating the mechanisms that make it what it is.

DFMA

If you have an existing product, prototype or design but it isn't yet ready for manufacture, I can assist in reviewing it, making recommendations and redesigning it for manufacture and assembly.

Concept development

If you are in your early stages of product development and need some assistance throwing ideas against the wall to see what sticks, I can assist in rapid concept generation.
